TitanVans offers three paths to ownership: build-to-order custom conversions, new pre-built vans ready now or nearly complete, and pre-owned inventory for faster delivery. Supported chassis include the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter in both 144-inch and 170-inch wheelbases, the Ford Transit in 148-inch and extended 148 EL configurations, and the Volkswagen ID.

The lineup is organized into several named series, each with different layouts and priorities:

• Classic series (144, 170, 148, 148 EL): Modular builds with removable components, Bi-Slide beds, and seating for up to 9 depending on configuration. Conversion pricing starts at $44,995. - Kronos series (144, 170): Fixed bed platform builds with partitioned cargo space and maximum cabinet storage. Conversion pricing starts at $69,995. - Metis series (144, 170, 148): Double Murphy bed layouts with a two-person couch and outdoor kitchen access, sleeping up to 6. Conversion pricing starts at $74,995. - Ultra series (144, 170): Higher-spec builds featuring a shower/sauna option and outdoor kitchen access. Conversion pricing starts at $88,995. Every 2025 TitanVans conversion includes the EX3 electrical system, a proprietary setup designed to operate in temperatures as low as -5 degrees Fahrenheit. The company describes it as fully recoverable and built for four-season use.

TitanVans holds RVIA certification, which confirms adherence to recognized industry safety and construction standards. They are also designated a Mercedes-Benz eXpertUpfitter, reflecting specialized expertise in Sprinter conversions.

Beyond new builds, TitanVans provides service, diagnostics, and upgrades for camper vans up to 10 years old, including those built by Storyteller Overland, Winnebago Revel, and Winnebago Ekko.
