Setting up your Toll Roads Account

Toll Roads: We recommend temporarily adding the vehicle to your Toll Roads account for the duration of your reservation. If you don't have a Toll Roads account, you can create one here.

Why this is important: While on a road trip it’s easy to find yourself on a toll road you hadn’t planned on taking. The cameras will flag the vehicle and automatically charge the toll to the vehicle owner unless you have previously added the vehicle to your own account, temporarily.

Please note: Once you create an account and add the vehicle, you will only be charged if you use the Toll Road.

Fees: If you have failed to add the vehicle to your own account and a fee is charged to the owner, we will charge your card for the toll, along with a 20% processing fee.

*For more information on temporarily adding a rental vehicle to your account, please click here.

How many days will the power last without charging?

The battery bank should last 2-3 days without charging but entirely depends on usage

Typically you can expect the battery bank to last 2-3 days without charging if only using outlets for devices, lighting, and ceiling fan.

If you're using the hot water heater, stovetop, electric kettle, and anything else that gets hot, you can expect to run out of power in a much shorter amount of time.

Pro Tips:

  • Try to camp in locations that have a clear view of the sky. This will maximize your solar charging time and prevent power from ever becoming an issue.
  • If you're staying at a campground with shore power hook-ups, use them! Plugging in to shore power will charge the electrical system AND any electrical usage during that time will come from your power source giving you unlimited power (for the time being).
    • In the event you only have access to a standard 110v outlet, you can find a charging adaptor in the storage nook under the bed.
  • The van engine will charge your solar electrical system whenever it is running. This means, while you're on the road driving, it's charging. While you're parked with the engine idling, its charging. We don't recommend keeping your engine running while park (save the trees!) but if you find yourself in a tough situation, it's an effective last resort.
How do I charge the electrical system?
  1. Plug in to shore power (30A)
    1. If you're staying at an RV campground with hookups, you can plug into shore power to charge. The van requires a 30A hookup.
    2. The van also comes with a wall outlet adaptor. This gives you the ability to plug into a standard wall outlet to charge the van.
  2. Solar charging - as long as the sun is shining on the roof of the van, the system is charging.
  3. DC to DC charging - turn on the van engine to charge the electrical system. This method works whether you're sitting idle or driving.
Is parking available for my personal vehicle?

Residential street parking is available.

We do not offer parking in our lot for personal vehicles however there is residential street parking available in the surrounding El Segundo neighborhood.

Please Note: We are not responsible for parking ticket, theft or loss of personal property.

Does my van come with a toilet?

All 2023 and newer Noovo models will come standard with a built in cassette toilet.

The toilet is equipped with an electric fresh water flush and a removable cassette waste tank, making it easy for dumping.

Where do I dump/clean out the toilet?

Click here to find dumpsites nearby wherever you are.

Please Note: If the toilet is not dumped and rinsed out prior to your return, there will be a $150 dumping fee added to your reservation.

Where can I dump the gray & black water tanks?

Use the link below to find an RV dump site near you.

40 gallon gray tanks & black water tanks (under the van)

Whether you're in Los Angeles or out on the road, you should be able to find free and paid dump locations using rvdumpsites.net.

Just enter your current location and dump sites will populate on the map.

7 gallon gray water tanks (blue tank under the sink)

You can easily remove the blue gray water tank and dump in a standard toilet or sink.

Are dogs allowed?

The short answer, yes!

Absolutely, we welcome dogs in our vans! It's important to note that a pet fee of $150 is mandatory for every furry friend, regardless of their breed or if they're hypoallergenic. This fee is essential for covering the usual wear and tear, as well as the thorough cleaning needed to ensure our vans are pristine for the next adventure.
