The short answer, yes!

Are the vans music festival friendly?

Most, but not all of our vans are festival friendly. Please see specific van rental listing description, or call/text OffGrid concierge support @ (424) 499-4262 for the most up to date information.

Can I Take Advantage of Tax Deductions and Vehicle Depreciation When Buying a Camper Van?

Tax deductions and depreciation for RVs and camper vans can offer significant financial benefits, especially if the vehicle is used for personal or business purposes in qualifying ways.

Can I Travel with My OffGrid Camper van to Arizona?

Yes, you're free to explore Arizona and any other state throughout the western United States, but we currently do not allow travel east of Texas.

Can I take the van to Mexico?

No, unfortunately taking any van booking through us to Mexico is strictly forbidden.

Does OffGrid Offer Discounts?

Yes, we typically offer seasonal discounts throughout the year.

Does the van come with a full water tank?

Your van will come with a full with 40 gallons of fresh water.

How many people can sleep in each camper van?

Our camper vans sleep 2-4 people depending on the model.

What is the difference between buying through Noovo or directly from OffGrid?

OffGrid provides a seamless, one-stop solution for renting or purchasing your van, with identical pricing offered through both Noovo and OffGrid.

What is the length of each van?

Each camper van ranges from 20-22ft long.

What is the minimum age limit to rent a van?

You must be a minimum of 25 years old to rent a van.

What is the van occupancy limit?

Van occupancy ranges from 2-4 people depending on the camper van model.

What size bed comes in the van?

All vans come with a Full Size bed (54” x 75”). See below for convertible dinette bed size.

What year, make and model vehicle are the vans?

2023 or newer, built by Noovo & Tommy Camper vans on the Ram ProMaster 2500 and 3500 High Roof Chassis.

No, the van engine battery and solar battery bank are on two separate systems.

Rental Terms

How Much is The Security Deposit & How Does it Work?

Security Deposit ranges from $1,000 - $2,000. It is charged 2 days before your booking begins, and released 7 business days after your reservation is returned.

How many miles are included in my reservation?

Typically you can expect 200 miles per night to be included through most of the year. Occasionally unlimited miles will be offered during winter months.

What are the payment terms?

Payment Terms For bookings made more than 30 days before departure: 50% of the rental amount is due at booking Remaining 50% is due 30 days before departure.

Most vans include a built toilet. All other vans have the ability to add a toilet as an optional add-on at the time of booking. Free of charge.

What is the size of the garage storage space under the bed?

The dimensions of the garage storage space vary depending on the van model.

Does OffGrid offer van delivery service to my home address?

Yes, we can offer delivery in Los Angles at a rate of $10 per mile from our Manhattan Beach office address.

What time does check-in/van pick-up start?

Check-in time window is between 11am and 3pm.

What time is the van rental return drop-off time?

Return time is by 3pm on your scheduled reservation return date.
